Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity announces 2 job openings for Construction Superintendents
Construction Supervisor: Direct all aspects of daily worksite activity for major non-profit residential builder. Responsibilities include management of worksite volunteers and subcontractors, procurement of building materials, and daily management of a building site for construction (new and rehab) of single family and multi-family dwellings in Richmond Metro Area. Framing experience and the ability to read blueprints required. Minimum 10 yrs of experience and good driving record required. Ability to lift pounds a requirement.
