HBAR Codes Committee

The mission of the HBAR Codes Committee is to serve as the liaison between HBAR's members and the building inspection departments in the Richmond metro area. We are the voice of the housing industry in central Virginia with respect to building code and inspection issues.

The Chairman of the HBAR Codes Committee is HBAR Past-President Chris Trimmer of W. C. Trimmer, Inc.

All meetings are at 11:00 A.M., and they are held at HBAR, which is located at 400 N. Ridge Rd., Richmond, VA 23229. All HBAR members are invited to attend.

If you have a codes or inspection related issue or concern, please notify the Codes Committee so that we can follow up on the issue or concern and report back to you.
