iIn order to be a member of any of the following Councils and Committees, your company must be a member of the Home Building Association of Richmond. Please check the Councils and Committees you are interested in joining, complete the application and return to the HBAR office with payment (if applicable).

Associates Council - $55 Individual Membership

The Mission of the Associate Council is a fellowship of Home Building associates supporting the future growth of the Association by members doing business with members, partnering their efforts to ensure continuing education, support of legislative issues, and community service. Meets monthly (except July and December)

Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) - $95 Individual Membership

The Mission of the Sales and Marketing Council is to increase professionalism in the marketing and sales of new homes. SMC members are builders, sales managers and salespeople, marketing directors and researchers, Realtors®, architects and designers, leasing agents, media representatives and advertising consultants. Benefits include education and training and the Local Awards program in addition to New Home Socials. Dues include membership in the National Sales and Marketing Council. Committees

Membership Committee- ($0)

The membership Committe meets the first Wednesday of every month. It is comprised of builder and associate members. Its focus is both recruitment and retention of members. The membership committee also coordinates annual membership drives, new member orientations & helps with the annual renewal program as well.
