Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS)
The RCS designation series is geared toward promising field superintendents, administrative personnel, associate members, trade foremen, builder members and anyone else wishing to excel in the residential building industry. RCS is comprised of eight courses that cover issues and identified by NAHB members as critical to a field supervisory job.
2008 Class and fee schedule (CLASSES ARE FULL FOR THE YEAR)
- $100 per course or Four Classes $375.00. Fees include books, testing & training certificates.
- $100.00 Budget Management and Cost Control. A continental breakfast will be served. Jan. 18, 2008. 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M .
- $100.00 General Project Management. A continental breakfast will be served. April 18, 2008. 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
- $100.00 Customer Service and Homeowner Relations. A continental breakfast will be served. July 18, 2008. 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
- $100.00 Planning and Scheduling. A continental breakfast will be served. November 14, 2008. 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
