Plans have been finalized to bring the Green Building class and the Business Management class back in November. We will also be hosting the Certified Aging in Place Specilasts(CAPS) courses on the same days.
Our instructors will be
John Barrows and Vince Butler. All classes will be held at the VHDA Innsbrook office,
4224 Cox Rd, Glen Allen, VA. 23060.
Class Schedule: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Nov. 11 Green Building & CAPS 1
Nov. 12 Green Building & CAPS 2
Nov. 13 Business Management

Business Management
The two day Green Building for Building Professionals seminar is required to earn NAHB's Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation and will be taught by John Barrows.
The Certified Aging in Place classes:
Working with and Marketing to Older Adults
(CAPS 1)
and Home Modifications (CAPS 2) are required to earn the CAPS designation. The CAPS designation is focused on remodeling for the aging in place consumer.
Both designation programs require the Businesss Management class
