This is an intensive program taught locally that covers all phases of new home sales and marketing from land development to closing the sale. This program of the National Association of HomeBuilders (NAHB) provides a prestigious form of recognition for new home sales specialists who successfully complete the course and become certified.
Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) Courses
The IRM courses are NAHB approved intensified seminars featuring nationally recognized speakers. Completion of the four specialized IRM marketing and sales courses and a case study makes one eligible to receive the MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) designation for certified marketing professionalism.
