HBAR Yes To Homes RVA Campaign

Join Our Industry Advocacy Network

OBJECTIVE

The mission is to activate and mobilize a network of volunteer voter constituents who support land development and residential construction throughout the Richmond Region.

WHY IT MATTERS

  • A healthy rezoning pipeline = more buildable lots
  • More lots = more homes + stronger industry job market
  • Rezoning shortfall = higher home prices + fewer homes
  • We're running out of lots!

A robust rezoning pipeline — meaning more buildable lots being approved — is required to maintain a strong construction job market. Currently, a shortage in rezoning approvals is restricting the supply of new homes, driving prices, and threatening future residential development. Simply put: the region is running out of lots.
