The Richmond Parade of Homes is Virginia's largest home show. Every year, builders in the Greater Richmond region design and construct model and move-in-ready homes for this scattered-site tour. Each builder is a member of the Home Building Association of Richmond and the National Association of Home Builders, meaning they have access to the latest innovation, education, and certification opportunities available in the new home construction profession.

Now in its 75th year, this annual event has been helping Virginians find homes, builders, and inspiration for their homes since 1951. This longstanding tradition offers Virginians from around the state the opportunity to tour 37 new homes, see the latest in home design, floor plans, interior décor inspiration, and visit the hottest neighborhoods. With more local home builders than anywhere else in the Commonwealth of Virginia, people use Richmond Parade of Homes as their single source of builder information.
