A Night to Remember at HBAR's Annual President's Ball

On December 9th, 2024, the ornate halls of The Jefferson Hotel set the perfect stage for the Home Building Association of Richmond's (HBAR) Annual President's Ball. This elegant evening brought together our members to celebrate leadership, community, and the successes of the past year.

Honoring Leadership & Welcoming New Beginnings
One of the highlights of the evening was the induction of Chad Joyce as HBAR's incoming president. With his deep commitment to advancing the needs of our association and the broader home-building community, Chad will undoubtedly lead us toward new opportunities and achievements in the coming year. 

We also took a moment to express heartfelt gratitude to Jonathan Ridout, whose exemplary leadership over the past year has left a lasting impact on our association. Jonathan's vision, hard work, and dedication have positioned HBAR for continued success, and we are all better for it.

Beyond the formalities, the President's Ball served as a wonderful opportunity for members to reconnect, exchange ideas, and celebrate the strength of our network.
