Kevin McNulty’s homebuilding journey began in his teen years. After graduating from Virginia Tech, Kevin returned to Virginia in 2004 where he joined Lifestyle Home Builders. When Lloyd Poe, the company founder, retired in 2016, Kevin and his wife, Lori, acquired LifeStyle and ushered in a new era while preserving the company’s strong foundation and family-oriented values.
