Southern Traditions, LLC is a residential construction company founded in 2003 by Robert and Megan Carter. Southern Traditions builds throughout central Virginia. We build 12-15 homes per year, keeping our number of projects manageable so we can focus on the details, and give a high level of attention to each home. We believe the homebuilding process should be a pleasure, not a pain. We strive for a meaningful partnership between the homebuyer and the homebuilder.
