Welcome to the Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR). We have a strong history representing land developers, new construction builders, remodelers, engineers, architects, and trade and service providers since 1946. To join HBAR, please complete a membership application. Membership is subject to the Board of Directors' approval. When elected to membership, the applicant also becomes a member of the National and State Associations – NAHB and HBAV.
